After starting my career in finance, I spent time working in high-pressure environments across Investment and Private Banking. Like many, I found myself spending long hours at a desk with little time to prioritise movement, proper nutrition, or general wellbeing. Over time, I felt the toll this lifestyle was taking on both my physical and mental health. Investment was part of my life, yet it wasn't into myself.

Knowing I had to change this, I began making small, sustainable adjustments; incorporating movement into my day, becoming more mindful of how I was fuelling my body, and actively prioritising my own wellness. Although these changes were small, the impact it had on my general wellbeing was huge. And that’s how Welth was born.

I’ve witnessed first-hand the lack of accessible, practical nutritional education in our everyday lives - I was no exception. It wasn’t until I took the initiative to truly understand how to nourish my body that I began to feel in control of my wellbeing. Moving away from diet culture and 'food trends', and focusing on the science behind nutrition. This shift enabled me to increase my energy, productivity, and overall wellbeing

Far too often, nutrition is solely linked to aesthetics. But its true power is in how it supports our minds, our energy, and our overall health. When you get your nutrition right, everything else begins to fall into place.

Only once I felt my movement and nutrition being restricted and taken away from me, did I truly value the benefits I was taking for granted the whole time.
