Visitors to the website
A third-party service, Google Analytics collects standard internet log information and details of details of visitor behaviour patterns to analyse website traffic. This does not identify anyone, nor does it allow Google to. More information on this is in the Cookies section below.

Private Client Information
We have a professional and legal responsibility to respect and protect the confidentiality of users at all times, acting at all times in line with the Association for Nutrition standards of conduct, performance and ethics.
Relevant information collected includes but is not limited to aspects such as medical diagnoses, symptoms, medications, physical measurements, lifestyle information (sleep, stress, activity) and dietary intake. This will be captured online, through a secure portal with your consent.

This information is collected so that we may provide you with the support and advice you need and to inform all decisions that are then jointly made (between the client and Welth by Darcy).

This information will never be disclosed to any other parties (such as other medical professionals) without the consent of the client.

Client information is kept on file for as long as is reasonably necessary, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations and only for relevant purposes as set out in the Privacy Policy.

All client records and appointments are stored online via Wix booking and Zoom/Microsoft Teams.

Any external links within this website to other websites are not bound by this privacy policy.

Purchases
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
